今天上午，第十二届北京香山论坛在北京国际会议中心开幕。国防部长董军出席开幕式并发言。此次论坛的主题是“共护国际秩序，共促和平发展”，共有100余个国家、地区和国际组织参会，已注册的会议代表、观察员、媒体记者等约1800多人。
