9月17日，诺基亚宣布领导团队调整，并成立两个新团队：技术与人工智能组织（TAO）和企业发展组织（CDO）。Pallavi Mahajan将出任诺基亚首席技术与人工智能官，Konstanty Owczarek将出任首席企业发展官。二人均将于2025年10月1日加入诺基亚集团领导团队。Nishant Batra决定于2025年9月30日卸任首席战略与技术官职务，并退出集团领导团队。
