人民网成都9月17日电 (李强强)9月17日，宜宾市政府网站更新显示，9月15日履新宜宾市委副书记的杜海洋已任宜宾市政府党组书记，主持宜宾市政府全面工作，分管宜宾市审计局。

杜海洋，男，汉族，1974年8月生，在职大学，中共党员，此前任四川省农业农村厅党组副书记、副厅长。
9月4日，四川省委组织部发布干部任前公示，其中，杜海洋拟任正厅级领导职务。
