9月17日，国务院国资委副主任袁野在国新办“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会上介绍，截止到目前，央企控股的上市公司市值超过22万亿元，较十三五末增长近50%，“十四五”以来，累计实施现金分红2.5万亿元，成为维护资本市场平稳运行的重要力量。
