吉隆戈供水项目是中国电建在安哥拉罗安达承建的重点民生工程，主要包括日取水能力57万吨的取水泵站、12.5公里原水管线、日处理能力50万吨的水处理厂和五座配水中心。项目正按计划稳步推进，预计于2026年完工，建成后将显著缓解罗安达东部长期存在的供水紧张问题。
