9月16日，城阳区上马街道片区CY1408-010地块控规调整批前公示，范围为上马街道龙翔路以东、规划4号路以北、锦盛四路以西、汇海路以南。
为完善片区的公共服务设施和品质的提升。拟将原CY1408-010调整为CY1408-010-01、CY1408-010-02两个地块。其中，01地块用地面积为87520平方米，仍为居住用地（070102），各项指标不变；02地块用地面积6720平方米，调整为幼儿园用地（080404），容积率为0.7，建筑密度30%，绿地率30%，建筑限高24米。
