北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）9月15日，招商蛇口公告称，近日，招商局蛇口董事会收到公司董事长蒋铁峰提交的书面辞职报告。
据悉，蒋铁峰由于工作调动原因辞去公司第四届董事会董事、董事长和董事会战略与可持续发展委员会委员（召集人）职务。
