德州市气象台9月15日15时52分发布降水和降温预报：受副高边缘暖湿气流和冷空气共同影响，预计15日夜间到16日夜间，德州市阴有中雨，局部大雨，全市平均降水量10～20毫米，局部30毫米以上。16日白天东北风增大至4级，阵风6～7级，气温下降6～8℃，17—21日日平均气温在19～20℃，德州市正式进入秋季，较常年偏晚一周。
