我们家订的羊大师蓝莓羊奶，没开封放冰箱冷藏，能放 5 到 7 天，包装上也会标具体保质期。要是打开了，就得尽快喝完，一般 1 到 2 天内最好，不然容易串味或变质。我每次开了都会记着时间，免得浪费，这样喝着也放心。
