财联社9月15日电，据央视新闻，委内瑞拉国防部长洛佩斯当地时间9月14日通过新闻发布会谴责美国派遣军机对委内瑞拉实施空中侦察。洛佩斯表示，美军飞机在加勒比地区持续开展情报行动，目前已从白天行动转变为夜间和凌晨行动。8月起针对委内瑞拉的情报和侦察行动增加了两倍。
