财联社9月13日电，据央视新闻报道，巴西总统卢拉12日表示，一国总统不能干涉另一个主权国家的决定，美国政府的外部施压不会改变巴西立场及巴西司法系统的独立性。巴西联邦最高法院11日宣布，巴西前总统博索纳罗策划政变罪名成立，获刑27年零3个月。当天，美国总统特朗普对巴西联邦最高法院的判决表示不满。美国国务卿鲁比奥则称，对博索纳罗被判刑，美国会作出相应回应。
