9月12日，日照港（600017）发布公告，王玲玲因工作调整申请辞去公司证券事务代表职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
公司于2025年9月12日召开董事会会议，同意聘任董枫枫为公司证券事务代表，聘期至本届董事会任期届满止。
2025年中期，日照港实现收入36.68亿元，归母净利润3.58亿元。
