水利部消息，9月11日8时至12日8时，山东南部、安徽北部、江苏西北部等地降了大到暴雨，受降雨影响，江苏大运河、陕西汉江支流银花河及渭河支流涝河、重庆沱江支流马鞍河、内蒙古西辽河上游支流百岔河等5条中小河流发生超警洪水，最大超警幅度0.55米。（央视新闻）
