据证监会网站披露，芜湖莫森泰克汽车科技股份有限公司（简称“莫森泰克”）于2025年9月11日在安徽证监局办理辅导备案登记，拟向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市，辅导券商为国投证券。辅导备案报告显示，芜湖市投资控股集团有限公司为莫森泰克的控股股东，直接持股42.87%、间接持股2.29%。
