当地时间9月11日，中国政府第二批援助阿富汗紧急人道主义救灾物资运抵喀布尔。中国驻阿使馆、阿乡村振兴和发展部、外交部及灾害管理部等派员共同接收物资。
阿富汗8月31日发生6.0级地震，当地受灾严重。9月2日、9月5日阿富汗再次发生5.5级和5.1级地震。阿富汗红新月会9月4日证实，阿富汗东部地震已造成2205人死亡、3640人受伤。（总台记者 李霜溪）
