观点网讯：9月11日，珠海珠免集团股份有限公司召开2025年半年度业绩说明会。
据观点新媒体获悉，2024年末，格力地产完成重组珠海免税，在置出非珠海地区5家地产子公司的同时，将珠海免税51%股权置入上市平台。而后，2025年5月，格力地产正式更名为珠免集团。
在业绩会上，珠免集团事长、总裁李向东表示，截至2025年6月30日，公司于房地产库存相关的存货约78亿。
