上证报中国证券网讯（记者 霍星羽）当地时间9月9日，英美资源集团宣布，已与泰克资源有限公司达成协议，双方合并组建为Anglo Teck（英美资源泰克）集团。新公司将跃居全球前五大铜生产商之列，总部位于加拿大，铜业务份额将达到70%。
