吴说获悉，韩国第一大加密交易所 Upbit 公布其自研公链 GIWA（Global Infrastructure for Web3 Access）。GIWA 链基于 OP Stack 打造，定位为以太坊 Layer 2，目标是降低 Web3 使用门槛。据官方介绍，GIWA 链具备 1 秒出块、EVM 完全兼容 等特性，开发者可直接迁移 Solidity 合约并沿用以太坊工具。此前，Upbit 上线带有倒计时页面的 “Giwa” 官网。&
