人民网北京9月8日电 （记者丁亦鑫）今日，国家卫生健康委举行新闻发布会。会上，国家卫生健康委新闻发言人、宣传司副司长胡强强表示，今天开始，育儿补贴的申领正式全面开放，可通过支付宝、微信和各省份政务服务平台线上申领，也可到婴幼儿户籍地的乡镇政府、街道办事处现场申领。
