河南日报消息，9月7日，河南省第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议，任命高建军为河南省人大环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员。

公开简历显示，高建军出生于1967年10月，曾任平顶山市委常委、汝州市委书记，开封市市长等职，2020年任开封市委书记，今年8月卸任。
