烧稻草、泡稻灰、取碱水
起热锅、蒸金粿
做好的金粿，圆如盘，色金黄
又软又糯，清香扑鼻
不用刀切，只用线割
蘸之以蜂蜜、白糖或红糖
别有一番滋味
