9月4日8时至5日8时，受降雨影响，陕西渭河支流石头河、汤峪河、黑河，甘肃黄河上游支流大夏河等4条河流发生超警洪水，最大超警幅度0.54米。
9月5日上午，水利部安排部署暴雨洪水防御工作，向河北、内蒙古、吉林等11省份发出“一省一单”靶向预警。
目前，水利部维持针对四川、陕西2省的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。
