中国天气网讯 今年第15号台风“琵琶”（热带风暴级）的中心今天（5日）上午8点钟位于日本和歌山县境内，就是北纬33.9度、东经135.2度，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），中心最低气压为1002百帕，七级风圈半径200-280公里。
预计，“琵琶”将以每小时40-45公里的速度向东偏北方向快速移动，并逐渐变性为温带气旋。
