9月4日，济南护城河畔的黑虎泉泉池中三个兽头呼呼作响，喷涌出长约1米的激流，地下水位达到了29.13米。
2003年9月9日，济南市四大泉群之一的黑虎泉恢复喷涌，至此“四大名泉”全部实现复涌。
今年9月9日，黑虎泉将迎来恢复喷涌22周年，虽然22年间出现过4次短暂停喷，但近年来随着地下水位不断攀升，它的喷涌势头持续旺盛。
