9月3日，万里马（300591）发布公告，公司与南方电网互联网服务有限公司及南网传媒品牌科技（广州）有限公司签署了《南网个人商城（赫兹乐购）一般劳动防护用品电商化购销协议》。合同金额预计为4460万元左右，占公司2024年度经审计营业总收入的7.60%。合同期限自协议签署之日起至2027年3月31日止。
2025年中期，万里马实现收入2.21亿元，归母净利润-3588万元。
