当地时间9月1日，斯洛伐克总理菲佐表示，他尊重所有在反法西斯斗争中做出的牺牲，中国和苏联“在二战中承受了最大的牺牲，我拒绝对这一事实视而不见，也拒绝歪曲历史”。
菲佐还表示，一个新的世界秩序正在形成，多极世界规则对世界稳定至关重要。
