刘盛，江西赣州人，法学博士，法学博士后，华南理工大学法学院院长助理、副教授、博士生导师。主要从事经济法、金融法、破产法方面的研究，先后在《现代法学》《法学》《政治与法律》等核心刊物发表论文10余篇，有多篇论文被人大复印资料转载；出版专著1部，参著3部。主持国家社科基金、中国法学会等国家级和省部级项目5项。
