近日，齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者从信用中国获悉，金江能源开发（禄丰）有限公司因未取得生态环境主管部门的行政许可手续，擅自开工建设，被楚雄州生态环境局罚款35.9万元。
公开信息显示，金江能源开发（禄丰）有限公司成立于2023年5月23日，法定代表人夏文梁，股东为楚雄州金江能源集团有限公司。
