天津市公交集团增设6部临时客服热线，解答市民咨询。
在确保公交客服热线96196（人工接线时间：每天6:00-22:00）人员满座席服务的基础上，即日起至9月2日开通022-88330770、022-88330721、022-88330722、022-88330724、022-88330725、022-88330764（接线时间：每天8:30-17:00）临时客服热线。
相关临时线路调整信息，也可在天津公交app上查询。
此外，公交集团所属各运营公司客服热线也同步受理线路咨询（接线时间：每天8:30-17:00）。
