8月27日，新开发银行在中国银行间债券市场成功发行70亿元人民币3年期熊猫债券。新开发银行在中国银行间市场交易商协会新注册500亿元人民币熊猫债券计划，此次属于该计划下的首次发行。随着此次发行成功，新开发银行的熊猫债券发行总额已达755亿元人民币。
