智通财经APP讯，中星集团控股(00055)公布2025年中期业绩，总收益1.74亿港元，同比减少12.65%;公司拥有人应占亏损2260.2万港元，同比收窄43.57%;每股亏损8.9港仙。
公告称，亏损主要归因于(i)制造及销售业务取得分类亏损约510万港元(2024年上半年：约860万港元);(ii) 物业发展业务取得分类亏损约590万港元(2024年上半年：约700万港元);及(iii)物业投资业务取得分类亏损约420万港元(2024年上半年：约1220万港元)。
