新开工改造城镇老旧小区1.98万个
本报北京8月28日电 (记者丁怡婷)记者从住房城乡建设部获悉：今年前7月，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区1.98万个。分地区看，河北、辽宁、重庆、安徽、江苏、上海等6个省份开工率超过90%。
今年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.5万个。住房城乡建设部表示，将持续推进城镇老旧小区改造，实施物业服务质量提升行动，下大力气解决加装电梯、停车、充电等难题，持续推进生活垃圾分类，改善小区居住环境。
