格隆汇8月28日丨城建设计(01599.HK)公告，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团实现收入人民币35.86亿元，较上年同期收入人民币41.79亿元减少人民币5.93亿元，降幅14.19%，降低主要是由于工程施工项目开工量减少导致。
截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团实现毛利人民币6.93亿元，较上年同期人民币8.15亿元减少人民币1.22亿元，降幅14.97%；综合毛利率19.32%，较上年同期19.51%略有下降。
截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团的期内净利润为人民币2.39亿元，较上年同期净利润人民币3.71亿元，减少人民币1.32亿元，降幅35.58%。
