认购美元可赎回零息票据前，于2025年7月9日，公司与J.P. Morgan Securities plc订立协议，据此，公司同意认购由J.P. Morgan Structured Products B.V.发行的与美元兑离岸人民币汇率挂钩的美元票据，认购金额为1000万美元。紧接认购美元可赎回零息票据前，认购与美元兑离岸人民币汇率挂钩的美元票据的尚未偿还总结余约为1000万美元。
