8月28日晚间，佳兆业集团（01638.HK）公布2025年中期业绩公告，上半年实现营收37亿元，同比减少31.8%；上半年净亏损100.3亿元，上年同期净亏91.15亿元；上半年毛利减少37.8%至4.63亿元，毛利率为12.5%；集团连同合营企业以及联营公司的合约销售减少43.7%至20.03亿元。
