上海西部的油墩港航道迎来改造升级，首座跨航道梁闵塔路桥改造工程正式启动。通过拆旧建新，将机动车、行人和非机动车上下分离，大大减少安全隐患；抬高桥体，拆除桥墩，提高油墩港”黄金水道“通航能力，实现从百吨到千吨的跨越，完善上海港集疏运系统。
