据路透社，由特朗普两子支持的比特币矿企 American Bitcoin 将通过与 Gryphon Digital Mining 的全股票合并方式上市，预计 9 月初在纳斯达克开始交易。最大股东 Hut 8 CEO 表示，公司已锁定锚定投资人，Eric Trump、Donald Trump Jr. 与 Hut 8 将合计持有新公司 98% 股份，股票代码为 ABTC。
