人民财讯8月27日电，记者8月27日获悉，三安光电旗下湖南三安半导体正式发布首代高性能Trench MOSFET技术平台成果。湖南三安半导体已明确下一代Trench MOSFET技术规划：导通电阻（Ron,sp）目标将进一步下降超过20%。
