近日，有网友发现全红婵被AI技术仿冒，相关虚假账号以其名义直播售卖土鸡蛋，引发广泛关注。对此，全红婵的哥哥气愤发声，明确表示全红婵作为在役运动员，并未参与直播卖货，同时无奈透露“全平台类似的虚假账号一大堆，告都告不过来”。（封面新闻）
