在其推特账号上，古巴外交部长对中国外交部的声明表示感谢。中方在声明中“敦促美方立即停止打着任何旗号对古巴实施封锁制裁”，中方还提到古巴海外医疗合作受到相关国家政府和人民的欢迎。
