福建省闽侯县退休小学教师高宪农今年73岁了，却仍坚守在教育科普一线。这位仅有中专学历的老教师，被全省科技教师尊为“航空科普教头”，40多年来，在他的引领带动下，全省近200名科技工作者开展了上千场航空科普活动，指导过的学生覆盖了从小学到大学各个学段。
