北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 实习记者 周义力）8月25日，中国人民银行广元市分行行政处罚信息公示表显示，广元农商行因未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告，被处罚款105万元；时任广元农商行副行长方某对上述违规行为负有直接责任，被处罚款4万元。
