8月25日，《贵州日报》发布《省管干部任前公示》。公示显示，金必煌拟任省直单位正职。
金必煌，男，汉族，中共党员，1968年11月生，籍贯江苏无锡，出生地贵州安顺，1990年7月参加工作，大学学历(经济学学士)。
公开资料显示，他长期在贵州任职，曾任贵州省工业和信息化厅原材料工业处(散装水泥办公室)处长，2021年任贵州省工业和信息化厅副厅长。
