港交所信息显示，先导智能于2025年2月25日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2025年8月25日失效。
8月25日，先导智能就此事向界面新闻回应称：“目前公司港股上市进程处于正常审批流程中，可以参考近期整体港股申报审核进度。本次到期更新财务数据，公司也将尽快更新提交新的招股书。”
