吴说获悉，Wormhole 基金会已正式提出对 Stargate 的收购报价，计划以至少 1.2 亿的 USDC 初始报价收购 Stargate。该报价较 LayerZero 1.1 亿美元更高，且将采用现金支付模式而非代币兑换模式。
