8月22日，卫宁健康（300253）发布公告，经自查，公司需补缴增值税、城市维护建设税、教育费附加、地方教育费附加等并缴纳相应滞纳金，合计5737万元。
截至公告披露日，公司已将上述税款及滞纳金缴纳完毕，不涉及税务行政处罚。
2025年中期，卫宁健康实现收入8.39亿元，归母净利润-1.18亿元。
