吴说获悉，纳斯达克上市公司 Verb Technology（计划更名为 Ton Strategy Company）宣布其金库资产已超 7.8 亿美元，其中包括 7.13 亿美元 TON 及 6700 万美元现金。本月 8 日公司完成 5.58 亿美元私募融资，资金主要用于购入 TON 作为主要储备资产。该公司目标是累计超过 TON 流通供应量的 5%，成为 TON 网络重要参与方，并计划通过现金流、质押奖励及资本运作持续增加每股 TON 持仓。
