8 月 20 日，中国科学院、中国工程院官网公布了「2025 年院士增选有效候选人」名单。
其中，经中国科学院学部主席团审议，中国科学院党组审定，确认 2025 年中国科学院院士增选有效候选人 639 人。
经中国工程院第八届主席团第十六次会议审议，中国工程院党组审定，确认中国工程院 2025 年院士增选有效候选人 660 人。
完整名单如下：
另有特别推荐领域有效候选人 50 人。
另有特别通道有效候选人 43 人。
