上证报中国证券网讯（记者 徐潇潇）8月19日晚，元力股份公告显示，公司股东福建三安集团有限公司（简称“三安集团”）已完成其于2025年5月15日公布的减持计划。三安集团通过集中竞价和大宗交易的方式，累计减持1078.71万股，占公司总股本（剔除回购股份后）的2.9783%，减持完成后，三安集团的持股比例降至2.9476%，不再为公司持股5%以上的股东。
