8月19日，盟科药业（688373）发布公告，因工作调整，赵东明申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞任后，赵东明将继续在公司任职直至离职手续办理完毕，后续将不再担任公司其他职务。
同时，公司董事会同意聘任徐有印担任公司副总经理，任期自本次董事会会议审议通过之日起至公司第二届董事会届满之日止。
2025年中期，盟科药业实现收入6697万元，归母净利润-1.39亿元。
